I think the CD is excellent quality! The sound is clear and it gets me hyped for my running as I drive to a race!!! Mike is a cool man who cares about helping runners achieve their MAX. He put together a good selection of songs which span 80-s to current day tunes. I hope race directors choose to orders these CDs as a race award!

Hi I'm from california i got the CD as a gift and i used it to motivated me and i have let other people listen to the CD and they also really like it and they said that the music is very refreshing and very moving so I recommend the CD to people that need motivation to run or just workout. Great Job!
